London Fletcher, analyst and legendary linebacker, and Andy VanHorn, Commanders Head of Real Estate, sit down with Andy Pollin for an insider’s talk on the new Commanders stadium and what legacy means to this franchise and its fans.

LONDON FLETCHER

Analyst, Washington Commanders

London Fletcher is an analyst for the Washington Commanders and works alongside Bram Weinstein and Logan Paulsen calling games as part of the team’s radio broadcast crew on Big 100. He also co-hosts the Emmy-nominated show, “The Player’s Club” and appears on the team’s flagship show, “Command Center.” Fletcher spent 16 years in the NFL, seven of which were with Washington, and recorded 2,039 tackles in his career. Fletcher was selected to four Pro Bowls and holds the record for consecutive starts at the linebacker position. Fletcher was named to the Ring of Fame in 2019.

ANDY VANHORN

Head of Real Estate, Washington Commanders

In January 2025, Andy joined the Washington Commanders to lead their real estate efforts.  The Commanders have partnered with the District of Columbia to return the stadium to the RFK site and are currently designing a best-in-class new enclosed stadium with HKS.  Andy is leading the real estate team focused on the stadium design and construction effort as well as the master planning of the mixed-use environment surrounding the stadium to enhance the community within which the stadium is built.  The team is also focused on the next use of the current stadium site in Landover, MD to support and enhance the Prince George’s County community.

Prior to joining the Commanders, from 2021 to 2024 Andy oversaw all aspects of Dweck Properties strategy and growth alongside the Dweck family, as President and Chief Development Officer of the company. He is active on public and private committees and boards in the region.  He serves as a Board Member for True Ground Housing Partners, a regional affordable housing developer.  He is also an appointed member of the Arlington County Economic Development Commission and is a Board Member of DCBIA. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a M.B.A from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

ANDY POLLIN

Radio Personality, ESPN 630 DC

Andy Pollin has been talking on the radio for over 40 years, mostly about sports. He grew up in Washington and got his first taste of radio at American University, working at the campus radio station which had been founded by broadcast legends Willard Scott and Ed Walker. His early jobs took him through Texas and New York City where he helped start the nation’s first all-sports radio station, WFAN.

Pollin returned home in 1992 to play a key role in the launch of DC’s first all-sports station, WTEM, where he served as sports director for 25 years.  Andy now hosts the Andy Pollin show on ESPN 630 weekdays from 9am to 11 am.
